This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop, implement, and oversee paid social strategies (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) aimed at high-value B2B target accounts.
• Take ownership of audience architecture, which includes creating Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences using Clay, maintaining exclusion lists, and utilizing intent data and predictive audiences for tailored ad experiences.
• Manage the complete campaign execution process, addressing awareness, retargeting, and demand generation objectives across various regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Conduct daily pacing, performance evaluations, and ongoing testing of ad copy and creative formats to enhance efficiency (cpMQL/cpOPP) and scalability.
• Collaborate with creative teams to establish a creative testing roadmap and ensure that assets comply with platform best practices, managing the frequency of creative refresh (e.g., every 3-4 weeks).
• Ensure comprehensive conversion tracking (e.g., CAPI/X Pixel integration) and UTM architecture for precise measurement and ROI attribution across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, particularly handling multi-million dollar budgets in paid social.
• In-depth knowledge of leading paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and relevant B2B marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay).
• Demonstrated expertise in audience segmentation, expenditure scaling, and managing intricate B2B full-funnel campaigns.
• Proficient in UTM architecture, conversion tracking implementation, and data-driven optimization.
• Experience within a B2B tech landscape targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
