This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads on a daily basis.
• Implement thorough keyword management strategies.
• Modify and enhance bid strategies based on performance analytics.
• Navigate various campaign types, attribution models, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Identify tracking requirements or issues pertaining to current campaigns.
• Enhance Quality Scores, ad relevance, and landing page experiences through continuous optimizations.
• Initiate and oversee creative requests to acquire necessary advertising assets.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing campaigns within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong understanding of advertising platform metrics and the indicators of success relative to campaign and business objectives.
• Significant experience with various bidding strategies and budget management techniques in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• A data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing data.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and campaigns concurrently.
• Quick adaptability to new tools and interfaces.
• A blend of technical and creative curiosity.
• Proficient collaboration skills with diverse teams including creative, social, email, marketing operations, business intelligence, engineering, and SEO.
• Availability to work during US hours.
• Fluent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• A working laptop with a reliable internet connection and power supply (backup preferred).
• Willingness to engage in daily video communications.
