Paid Search Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee or assist in the management of paid search campaigns across diverse industries

• Conduct daily optimizations and make pacing adjustments to enhance campaign performance

• Evaluate performance metrics and deliver insightful analysis, interpretation, and strategic action plans based on data-driven insights

• Aid in establishing client benchmarks and executing optimizations to achieve client KPIs as efficiently as possible

• Stay informed on industry trends and topics

• Engage in the recruitment process to ensure the selection of top talent for the team

• Effectively communicate with the internal agency team regarding client objectives, feedback, and scheduled workflows

• Enhance paid media processes and innovate new strategies and techniques

• Manage vendors for new and support channels

• Aspire to progress into a strategist or account manager role

• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally possess 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus

• At least 6 months of experience in search engine marketing, particularly in bid monitoring and adjustments for paid search campaigns, as well as defining terms and crafting effective copy that is highly relevant to clients’ core products or services

• Strong proficiency in Excel with a solid understanding of advanced features

• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent note-taking skills

• Demonstrates strong enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to paid media and client initiatives

• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for knowledge and personal development
