This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Plan, initiate, and oversee ROI-focused PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn platforms.

• Enhance campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion objectives in line with B2B client strategies.

• Track key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and provide clear, actionable performance reports.

• Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking and event configuration.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis for targeted precision.

• Test and optimize ad copy, creative elements, bidding strategies, and targeting to enhance performance.

• Work collaboratively with account managers, content strategists, and creative teams to align PPC campaigns with broader B2B marketing and PR strategies.

• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken) at a professional level with outstanding communication abilities.

• ROI-oriented mindset with a demonstrated capacity to achieve measurable business outcomes through PPC.

• 2–4 years of direct experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong skills in reporting and data analysis, with the ability to transform performance metrics into valuable insights.

• Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking, events, and conversion optimization.

• Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive in testing, experimenting, and scaling campaigns.

• Experience in managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other emerging B2B advertising platforms is advantageous.

• Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications are beneficial.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and advanced attribution models is a plus.

• Background in B2B marketing campaigns with extended sales cycles and intricate buyer journeys is an asset.
