Paid Search Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and execution of paid search strategies that align with client objectives and industry sectors.

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-impact search opportunities.

• Create compelling ad copy for both search and display campaigns that adheres to brand standards and is designed to enhance clicks and conversions.

• Develop and initiate campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and others, including Shopping, Local Services, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.

• Oversee budgets, bidding methods, and pacing to optimize ROI and achieve performance targets.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.

• Evaluate campaign performance and implement continuous optimizations to ad copy, keywords, targeting, and bidding strategies.

• Generate performance reports and offer actionable insights based on data analysis.

• Keep abreast of updates and best practices across key PPC platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing paid search campaigns.

• Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Tag Manager.

• Familiarity with campaign types such as Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads.

• Solid understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, and ad rank principles.

• Demonstrated ability to craft effective ad copy and conduct A/B testing.

• Experience with GA4 and integrating analytics with advertising platforms.

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

• Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts across various industries.

• Google Ads certification is advantageous.
