This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Overseeing strategy and execution across direct response channels, with a focus on Google Search.
• Expanding accounts sustainably while achieving commercial performance objectives.
• Creating and executing structured experiments.
• Evaluating performance data using GA4 and various attribution sources.
• Managing client relationships and conducting regular work-in-progress meetings.
• Developing reporting dashboards and forecasting models.
• Ensuring proper conversion tracking and UTM structures are maintained.
• Collaborating closely with technical teams to automate repetitive tasks through AI tools.
• Providing coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Search.
• Proficient in managing six-figure monthly budgets.
• Strong analytical skills paired with GA4 expertise.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking and UTM management.
• A commercially oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving from foundational principles.
• A systems-oriented mindset and a keen interest in AI and automation.
