This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee high-budget acquisition campaigns on Google Ads and Bing.
• Take ownership of performance metrics within your portfolio: lead volume, quality, revenue, and margin.
• Evaluate campaign performance and pinpoint areas for enhanced efficiency and growth.
• Conduct structured experiments involving keywords, bidding strategies, account organization, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to optimize the entire acquisition funnel.
• Consistently challenge and refine existing strategies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing).
• Strong hands-on experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Proven experience managing multiple accounts with substantial monthly budgets.
• A strong analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with the North American market.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Paid acquisition consultant role.
