This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Assume full accountability for the growth strategy and budget distribution across all paid digital channels for a designated cluster of 2–3 markets.
• Oversee the operations of platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta) to implement, optimize, and scale campaigns on a daily basis.
• Serve as the main liaison for Country Managers, converting local market requirements into effective user acquisition strategies.
• Examine the underlying reasons behind the data to facilitate more intelligent budget reallocations and creative adjustments.
• Deliver actionable insights through consistent performance reporting, offering data-informed recommendations for ongoing optimization.
• Multiple years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing large monthly budgets exceeding 1M SEK (~€100k).
• Proven track record in managing annual portfolios that surpass 40M SEK (~€4M) is highly advantageous.
• You possess the seniority to oversee substantial budgets while maintaining your enthusiasm for the craft.
• Comfortable analyzing a P&L as well as diving deep into Google Ads or Meta, actively optimizing bids and creative assets on a daily basis.
• Strong abilities in data-driven decision-making, including experience with A/B testing, ROI analysis, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• In-depth, expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and a willingness to become proficient in other platforms.
