This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Effective management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts from start to finish.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts, striving to elevate performance benchmarks and set enhanced expectations.
• Lead and own the entire paid media strategy, including project ideation, road-mapping, and testing, guiding the team with assurance and direction.
• Supervise a small team of 1-2+ Media Managers (with plans for future expansion), delegating tasks and fostering their strategic and technical skill development.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Director to define client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs, ultimately enhancing Paid Media's role in business success.
• Proactively work to boost billing and channel support for existing media accounts, while identifying opportunities to broaden media coverage for new clients.
• Continuously seek to acquire new strategies, experiment with new platforms, and broaden the business's paid media services.
• Act as the main contact point both internally and externally for all 'owned' accounts, accountable for pacing and performance.
• Generate reports, provide insights, and communicate with clients for designated accounts.
• Manage the ongoing maintenance of held accounts, including optimizations, structural updates, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy revisions.
• Take full responsibility for the Paid Media strategy of assigned accounts, collaborating with the Media Director as necessary.
• Engage in strategic ideation for all accounts, crafting and modifying campaign strategies to align with each client's business objectives (and internal goals).
• Design and implement tests for accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis (covering structural, targeting, creative, messaging, conversion, etc.).
• Commit to ongoing testing, validation, and enhancement of full-funnel structures.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Leverage and utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to your department.
• Perform other relevant or related duties as assigned.
• 6-10+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven track record of managing multiple paid media accounts with budgets ranging from $100K to $1MM per month.
• Demonstrated experience in driving paid media strategy, project roadmaps, media plans, competitive analysis, testing, and measurement frameworks for clients across various media channels.
• Proficiency in campaign management and strategy across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and Social (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. are advantageous).
• Expertise in full funnel strategy, video, and lead generation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, conversion, and optimization strategies (GA4 knowledge is a plus).
• Capability to write compelling ad copy, direct creative strategy, ascertain asset requirements, and establish a creative testing schedule.
• Experience in client relationship management, reporting insights, and optimizing towards client business objectives.
• Experience in team management.
• Base salary paid in USD.
