This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and implement a data-driven strategy aimed at generating and enhancing the pipeline for your clients.
• Design and execute a wide array of highly focused, multi-channel ABM programs and campaigns to boost engagement, build pipelines, and accelerate revenue in key accounts.
• Assemble a high-performing team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of passionate marketers who are enthusiastic about metrics and performance.
• Manage campaign execution from start to finish, encompassing account selection, copy and content creation, analysis, and reporting on campaign success.
• Collaborate with internal and external content marketing and product marketing teams to create messaging and content tailored to our audience.
• Utilize analytics and insights to profile and target ideal accounts and contacts.
• Coordinate ideation, creation, deployment, and analytics across various internal teams.
• Maintain a strong and diverse pipeline of optimization tests for each client assigned to you.
• Drive both macro and micro conversion improvements across high-growth marketing channels.
• Analyze and monitor KPIs, leveraging performance data to identify optimizations within existing funnels and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Enhance CRO program efficiency by designing and maintaining systems, training, SOPs, etc.
• Document, automate, and optimize experimentation processes and growth loops.
• You possess a minimum of 4 years of practical B2B/SaaS paid media experience and can deliver results for our clients.
• A proven history of launching successful campaigns in paid media channels while managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Experience working with complex data sets to make data-informed decisions and provide insightful analysis.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing and ABM tools.
• Profound knowledge, ideally in Search and social, with programmatic experience being a plus.
• A strong passion for the SaaS market and a unique perspective on delivering value to SaaS clients.
• Proficient with web tracking, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Remote work experience is not mandatory but considered an advantage.
• Ability to articulate strategy and translate it into data that is self-explanatory.
• Capability to plan, organize, and manage multiple accounts concurrently.
• You have an obsession with quality regarding numbers without losing your enthusiasm for advertising.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
• 5-day work week with the flexibility to work across any time zone.
