Paid Media Specialist, Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the success and expansion of our Make Money/Manage Money native and social media campaigns by executing campaign setups, monitoring their performance, and assisting in optimizations that enhance successful strategies.

• Implement and oversee social and native advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Taboola.

• Track daily performance metrics and apply optimizations to creative elements, bids, and placements.

• Collaborate with senior media buyers to initiate new campaigns and enhance existing ones while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

• Aid in creative testing by helping with copy revisions, image/video substitutions, and tracking outcomes.

• Conduct competitor analysis and performance reviews to identify new testing opportunities.

• Work alongside the Content and Paid Media teams to ensure smooth campaign setup and timely asset delivery.

• Keep campaign documentation up to date and regularly update performance trackers to facilitate team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience managing social or native advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, and Outbrain.

• Demonstrated ability to monitor and enhance campaign performance through data analysis.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to execution excellence and effective task management.

• Capability to collaborate across various functions and communicate effectively in a remote work setting.

• Exhibit a positive attitude and a readiness to adapt to change, remaining resilient when business or cross-functional demands shift.

• A passion for performance marketing and a desire to advance within the Make Money/Manage Money sector of our primary brand, FinanceBuzz.

• Over 3 years of media buying experience, particularly focused on achieving performance-driven results in social and native advertising campaigns.
