This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Plan, develop, and oversee paid advertising initiatives across **Google Ads** and **Meta** platforms.
• Formulate and implement search-driven acquisition strategies aimed at boosting high-intent patient inquiries.
• Create comprehensive campaigns from the ground up, including keyword analysis, audience targeting, ad copy development, and campaign organization.
• Optimize active campaigns based on performance metrics, prioritizing lead quality, cost per acquisition, and return on investment.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance, recognizing trends, challenges, and areas for enhancement.
• Modify budgets, bidding tactics, and targeting strategies to enhance performance across various channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and service offerings.
• Assist in shifting from a Meta-centric strategy to a more balanced, search-oriented marketing methodology.
• Experiment and refine creatives, messaging, and landing page alignment to boost conversion rates.
• Generate regular performance reports that provide clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Decrease dependence on internal team members for daily campaign management by taking charge of paid media execution.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, paid media trends, and emerging tools, including AI-driven marketing strategies.
• Perform additional specific duties as they arise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of practical experience in managing paid media campaigns.
• Extensive experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Demonstrated capability to create campaigns from scratch and manage them through optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of paid media principles, including targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
• Proficient in analyzing campaign data and converting insights into actionable enhancements.
• Ability to oversee multiple campaigns and priorities in a results-oriented environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective written communication skills, particularly for ad copy and reporting purposes.
• Capability to work independently and take responsibility for campaign outcomes.
• Basic video editing skills (using any platform or tool) are a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, allied health, or marketing for local service-based businesses.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate enhancement is desirable.
• Interest in AI-driven marketing tools and automation is an advantage.
