This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Plan, oversee, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Formulate strategies that align with branding, growth, and performance objectives.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
• Develop, test, and refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and enhance ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and sales funnels.
• Generate performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist with remarketing, email marketing, and basic SEO strategies.
• 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
• Comprehensive understanding of paid media metrics and optimizing performance.
• Excellent analytical skills with a background in refining ad copy and creatives.
• Capability to handle multiple campaigns and budgets at once.
• Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing principles.
• Detail-oriented with a data-centric, experimental approach to learning.
• Proficient in English at a C1 level or above.
