This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop, launch, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram).
• Enhance Google Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns to optimize lead generation and ROI.
• Track campaign performance, discover improvement opportunities, and apply strategic adjustments.
• Conduct keyword research, target audiences, allocate budgets, and manage bids.
• Craft engaging ad copy and contribute innovative ideas for creative assets and campaign messaging.
• Generate and present monthly performance reports to clients.
• Engage in client meetings to assess results, discuss strategies, and offer recommendations.
• Convert campaign data into actionable insights that clients can readily comprehend.
• Establish clear expectations and uphold strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal design and development teams to enhance landing page performance and conversion rates.
• Assist in funnel optimization and lead generation efforts.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and project updates using internal tools.
• Manage multiple accounts while ensuring high-quality execution and meticulous attention to detail.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta/Instagram Ads campaigns.
• Prior agency experience handling multiple client accounts.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads for local businesses.
• Strong knowledge of paid media strategy, optimization techniques, and performance reporting.
• Experience working directly with clients and presenting campaign results effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized with robust project management skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience with home service businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pool services, etc.).
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Knowledge of funnel-building strategies and lead generation best practices.
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Salary: $2,500 USD Monthly
