This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring their KPIs are met.
• Identify and implement paid media strategies, including search, display, remarketing, social, and video ads.
• Monitor monthly performance, analyze data, and present strategic recommendations to maximize ROI.
• Support the New Business and Strategy departments in the retention and organic growth of accounts.
• Delegate tasks to coordinators and assistants when appropriate, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Over 1 year of experience in Paid Media and at least 1 year in client-facing roles (consulting/account management).
• Advanced English (C1/C2) is essential for ongoing communication with international clients.
• Proficient in Google Ads: Extensive and proven experience in Search campaigns (essential).
• Analytical mindset: Ability to extract, organize, and interpret complex data from Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Current Google Ads certification.
• Expert level in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
• Work modality: 100% Remote.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CST.
