• Our client seeks a Paid Media Specialist to become a part of their vibrant team in a full-time, remote role.
• They are a prominent entity in the direct-to-consumer athletic and activewear apparel sector, having established a significant presence on major digital retail and social commerce platforms in recent years.
• The chosen candidate will oversee the comprehensive planning, management, and scheduling of all digital marketing initiatives—from conceptual development and campaign execution to media buying and final content publication across various platforms, covering the entire funnel.
• Lead the creation and implementation of detailed digital marketing strategies, which include landing pages, sign-up forms, customer data capture techniques, content marketing, video and image campaigns, engaging copy, and calls to action.
• Administer and optimize a seven-figure annual advertising budget, ensuring a minimum expenditure of $350K monthly, scaling up to around $1M during peak retail periods.
• Plan, create, launch, monitor, and refine large-scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google Ads (PPC/Search, PMAX, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen), TikTok (Shopping, GMV Max, Affiliates), Pinterest Shopping, X (Twitter) Shopping, Criteo, Bing, Yahoo, and affiliate marketing networks.
• Manage catalog feeds across Google Merchant Center, TikTok Shopping, Pinterest Shopping, Shop App, and other relevant commerce platforms.
• Drive strategies from top to bottom of the funnel, focusing on traffic generation, prospecting, acquisition, and retargeting, with an emphasis on bid management and ROAS optimization, supported by daily performance reporting.
• Set up, maintain, and enhance Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console, providing comprehensive reporting and platform audits.
• Oversee pixel and tag implementation across all platforms via Google Tag Manager, including first-party data mapping for media activation, audience segmentation, and attribution analysis utilizing Triple Whale.
• Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, on-site and off-site SEO strategies, backlink development, and ongoing search engine optimization efforts.
• Develop compelling narratives, ad copy, subject lines, and CTAs; refine audience segments, lookalike audiences (LALs), and overarching campaign strategies that effectively convey the brand's voice and video hook concepts.
• Collaborate with creative designers, video production teams, and web developers to create and launch marketing campaigns and assets while establishing clear timelines and maintaining quality standards.
• Provide consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports across all marketing channels and KPIs, including lead conversion rates and ROAS/ROI.
• Monitor and manage performance metrics using SEMrush, Triple Whale, and Google Search Console for research, auditing, and KPI tracking.
• At least 10 years of practical experience in e-commerce marketing, including paid and organic social media, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM/PPC.
• Proven track record of managing, publishing, and optimizing campaigns with a minimum budget of $350K per month within the last two years, with experience scaling up to $1M during peak periods.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in D2C consumer marketing with full-funnel optimization, preferably in the athletic or activewear apparel industry.
• Proficient across all major platforms: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Criteo, Bing, Yahoo, YouTube, and affiliate networks.
• Strong expertise in GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Triple Whale, and Shopify Plus.
• Knowledgeable in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for extensive data analysis utilizing complex formulas.
• Solid grasp of pixel implementation, tracking URLs, and both first- and third-party attribution.
• Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video production workflows.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities with the aptitude to influence stakeholders diplomatically.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently with minimal oversight.
