This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Establish, oversee, and enhance paid media campaigns, with a primary emphasis on Google Ads (Search).
• Assist with additional paid channels as required (mainly Meta Ads).
• Track performance indicators such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and conversion quality.
• Conduct keyword research, implement bid adjustments, analyze search terms, and optimize account structures.
• Implement and document A/B tests on advertisements, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Create, update, and maintain performance reports and tracking spreadsheets.
• Evaluate campaign data to spot trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure accurate tracking and measurement (GA4; knowledge of Google Tag Manager is beneficial).
• Organize campaign documentation, reports, and supplementary materials.
• Relay performance updates, inquiries, and insights through email and internal communication tools.
• Provide operational assistance to senior team members as necessary.
• 1.5 to 4 years of experience in positions related to: Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads campaign management.
• Execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Practical experience in managing Google Ads Search campaigns (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Meta Ads is a significant advantage.
• Capability to analyze campaign data and optimize based on key performance indicators.
• Basic understanding of GA4 and conversion tracking mechanisms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Organized, dependable, and process-oriented approach.
• Comfort in operating within a mid-level, execution-centric role.
• Experience in lead generation or performance-driven sectors is advantageous.
• Flexible working hours aligned with U.S. Central Time (CST).
