This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Direct the Paid Media division with a strategic emphasis.
• Develop and execute impactful paid strategies and campaigns for key clients.
• Optimize advertising return on investment (ROI) and ensure excellence in campaign operations.
• Manage the effective execution of multichannel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Amazon, TikTok, etc.).
• Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to create user-focused, integrated campaigns.
• Evaluate campaign and audience data to produce actionable optimization recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in branding and/or performance strategy and digital media buying roles.
• Proficient in reporting tools (Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with digital measurement tools, including Google Analytics 4, pixel configuration, and tagging.
• Strong capability to design branding and/or performance strategies.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
