This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads (including Search, Display, YouTube, and Local) as well as Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• Collaborate with Marketing Advisors, developers, and project managers to ensure that campaigns align with business objectives.
• Effectively allocate budgets and monitor pacing to optimize ROI.
• Generate reports, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
• Create ad copy and assist with basic creative production (e.g., using Canva for display ads).
• Establish tracking and analytics (including Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and landing page collaboration).
• Mentor and provide support to junior paid media specialists (for senior hire only).
• Keep abreast of platform changes, industry trends, and new opportunities for performance enhancement.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (flexibility for candidates with a strong portfolio).
• Demonstrated ability to plan and optimize campaigns to achieve measurable results.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and other project coordination tools.
• Basic proficiency in English is acceptable (no direct client calls required).
• Portfolio showcasing past campaigns (including metrics, screenshots, and Loom walkthroughs).
• Experience in leading or mentoring paid media teams.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, CallRail, and comprehensive marketing attribution setup.
• Schedule: M-F, Business Hours, EST.
