Paid Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily monitoring, optimization, and performance of multi-channel PPC and Paid Social campaigns.

• Develop and scale performance marketing initiatives specifically for the med spa sector.

• Manage campaign budgets while implementing effective bidding strategies.

• Create and execute comprehensive tests across ad copy, creative assets, target audiences, and landing pages.

• Perform research and conduct audience analysis to engage the core market effectively.

• Stay informed about algorithm modifications and updates to platform policies.

• Prepare and deliver reports that illustrate performance relative to targets.

• Proactively identify areas of underperformance and suggest recovery plans.

• Collaborate with regional marketing leads to assess performance and provide actionable insights.

• Work alongside teams to ensure messaging and assets are optimized for higher conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large-scale paid media accounts with an emphasis on B2B lead generation.

• Expert-level hands-on proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube, and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Experience with channels such as Reddit, Capterra, and StackAdapt.

• Highly skilled in web analytics, specifically Google Analytics.

• Possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to convert performance data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data to senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated commercial ownership and a proactive approach to addressing performance challenges.

• Capability to work independently in complex environments.

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools such as Claude and ChatGPT is preferred.
