This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing high-volume paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Meta, YouTube, and various key SaaS/managed-service solutions.
• Create, oversee, and refine paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other native advertising platforms.
• Navigate confidently within native ad interfaces and managed-service or SaaS platforms utilized for campaign automation, reporting, or optimization.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to bolster campaign strategy.
• Handle multiple campaigns concurrently in a fast-paced environment while upholding accuracy and performance benchmarks.
• Analyze data to enhance bidding strategies, targeting precision, and ad relevance.
• Execute A/B tests and continuously work on improving quality scores and conversion performance.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with internal teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and prompt execution.
• Convert performance insights into actionable recommendations for account managers and strategists.
• Track campaign pacing, delivery, and KPIs on a daily basis.
• Generate performance reports using platform dashboards, analytics tools, and SaaS reporting systems.
• Ensure accurate tracking through the use of tags, pixels, UTM parameters, and analytics integrations.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in managing paid search campaigns.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
• Strong grasp of bidding strategies, tracking, attribution, and optimization methods.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for interpreting data and articulating insights clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.
