Paid Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and more.

• Formulate strategies aimed at scaling campaigns and enhancing ROAS.

• Track and refine performance metrics, focusing on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other essential indicators.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, and landing pages.

• Partner with creative teams to generate high-impact advertising assets, including copy, visuals, and video content.

• Evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and various ad platforms.

• Deliver clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to boost performance.

• Keep abreast of platform updates, trends, and emerging opportunities.

• Analyze competitor activities and devise new strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in paid media, social media advertising, or media buying, preferably within e-commerce or CPG sectors.

• Extensive experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.

• Demonstrated success in managing substantial budgets while achieving strong ROAS.

• Proficient in using Google Analytics, Shopify, and various ad platform dashboards.

• Deep understanding of full-funnel advertising strategies.

• Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop advertising concepts and briefs.

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to quickly adapt and stay current with trends and new advertising strategies.
