This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Strategize, oversee, and refine paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
β’ Formulate strategies that align with branding, growth, and performance objectives.
β’ Execute keyword research, target audiences, and perform competitor analysis.
β’ Design, test, and enhance ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
β’ Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and maximize ROI.
β’ Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and sales funnels.
β’ Compile performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
β’ Assist with remarketing, email marketing, and foundational SEO efforts.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns from start to finish.
β’ Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
β’ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of paid media metrics and performance enhancement.
β’ Excellent analytical skills with experience in optimizing ad copy and creatives.
β’ Capability to handle multiple campaigns and budgets at the same time.
β’ Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing.
β’ Detail-oriented with a data-driven, experimental approach.
β’ Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
β’ The flexibility to work from anywhere across the globe.
