This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of the paid media strategy and daily operations across key international markets, including Meta, Google Search, TikTok, and emerging regional platforms pertinent to major regions (Asia, UK/Europe, Middle East).
• Achieve weekly output KPIs across platforms, ensuring a steady stream of new creative initiatives in the market; utilize AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Evaluate performance data and optimize for essential metrics such as NC CPA, ROAS, and LTV:CAC.
• Integrate high-performing organic content into paid media strategies that meet KPI objectives without compromising brand integrity or reputation.
• Create and expand a rapid creative testing framework in partnership with the creative team, addressing audiences, hooks, formats, and landing page experiences; manage the feedback loop between data insights and creative direction.
• Employ data analysis and attribution tools (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, Hyros, or equivalent) to track performance, identify key drivers, and optimize towards objectives.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid expenditures across all international markets, ensuring efficient and scalable growth with a clear overview of spending allocation.
• Compile and deliver regular performance reports that encompass insights, unexplored customer segments, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations.
• Strategically plan, launch, and optimize campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition and subscription growth at an efficient CAC across each market.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in managing paid media at a significant scale across Meta and at least one other major platform (TikTok, Google/YouTube), ideally within DTC or subscription e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in scaling spend across diverse markets while maintaining or enhancing efficiency.
• Solid understanding of growth marketing principles: experimentation frameworks, attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch measurement.
• Experience leading creative teams with data-informed briefs and managing paid media agencies across both social and search platforms.
• Proficient with attribution and analytics tools (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus, or similar).
• Experience executing paid media campaigns in Asian markets (specifically Hong Kong, Singapore) as well as other high-priority international markets (UK/EU).
• Familiarity with creative analytics tools such as Motion or similar platforms for evaluating creative performance.
• Background in health, wellness, nutrition, or related DTC sectors is preferred.
• Own paid media strategy and day-to-day execution across relevant international markets - Meta, Google Search, TikTok and emerging regional platforms relevant to key markets (Asia, UK/Europe, Middle East).
• Hit weekly output KPIs across platforms, including a consistent cadence of new creative pushes to market; leverage AI and automation to unlock efficiency.
• Analyse performance data and optimise towards key metrics like NC CPA, ROAS, LTV:CAC.
• Leverage top-performing organic content in paid media strategies that meet KPI standards, never sacrificing brand or reputation.
• Develop and scale a high-velocity creative testing framework in collaboration with the creative team, covering audiences, hooks, formats, and landing page experiences; own the feedback loop between data and creative direction.
• Use data analysis and attribution tools (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, Hyros, or equivalent) to monitor performance, surface drivers, and optimise towards objectives.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid spend across all international markets, ensuring efficient and scalable growth with clear visibility into spend allocation.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, that include insights, untapped customer segments, learnings, and recommendations.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth at efficient CAC across each market.
