This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Campaign Execution: Develop and oversee paid search, Local Service Ads, Performance Max, display, video, and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Manage account structure across client accounts, including campaign organization, ad group configuration, keyword segmentation, audience definitions, asset feeds, negative lists, and exclusions to safeguard expenditure.
• Analyze CPA fluctuations, conversion declines, lead quality concerns, and performance variations. Trace these issues to their root causes, including bidding, tracking, creative, audience, query mix, and landing page factors.
• Lead the analysis of search queries, audience and placement evaluations, and adjustments to bidding models. Identify wasted expenditures, irrelevant queries, fraud indicators, and mismatches in bid strategy.
• Ensure the integrity of conversion tracking, which includes Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, offline conversion uploads, Google Analytics 4 events, and call tracking integrations.
• Convert platform insights into clear, actionable suggestions for account managers, creative teams, content writers, and developers. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of paid recommendations, ensuring alignment between delivered work and specifications.
• Stay updated on platform changes, bidding model updates, policy modifications, and the impact of AI-driven ad products on targeting, creative, and measurement.
• Creative Development & Landing Page Strategy: Guide ad creative production by crafting detailed briefs that outline the offer, target audience, message hierarchy, intent stage, format requirements, and testing structure. Organize responsive search ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and asset extensions to enhance CTR and quality score, ensuring alignment with search intent and landing page promises. Plan creative variations across formats, including responsive search assets, Performance Max creative, Meta images and videos, and retargeting sequences, ensuring each placement receives the appropriate asset at the right moment.
• Develop conversion pathways that seamlessly connect ads, messages, and landing pages, eliminating any friction between clicks and intended actions. Review and enhance existing landing pages and ads for message consistency, conversion rates, mobile usability, and load speed. Identify creative shortcomings based on funnel stages, audience segments, competitive pressures, and testing requirements. Highlight underperforming creatives and landing pages that may need refreshing, retiring, or rebuilding. Conduct thorough reviews of creative and landing page work prior to launch to ensure compliance with platform standards, message alignment, conversion effectiveness, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and developers to ensure that the published work corresponds to the brief, the offer, and the campaign framework it operates within.
• AI Workflow Development & Process Engineering: Design, construct, and enhance AI-assisted workflows that expedite paid media research, audit production, creative reviews, query analyses, reporting, and documentation. Create reusable AI prompts, skills, and standard operating procedures that the Paid Media team can consistently apply. Identify high-friction, high-volume tasks across the paid media field and replace manual processes with reliable AI execution paths. Test new AI tools, model updates, and integrations. Validate output quality before deploying anything to the broader team. Document AI workflows to ensure they are transferable, auditable, and improvable by any team member. Utilize AI to accelerate work while avoiding unreviewed or generic outputs, maintaining human oversight on all client-facing materials.
• Performance Diagnosis & Reporting: Track paid KPIs across designated accounts, including expenditure, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, ROAS, and pacing. Diagnose changes and their causes. Gather platform, query, creative, audience, and tracking signals that clarify the shifts. Identify patterns across accounts and highlight platform or execution fixes that can be broadly implemented. Conduct competitive paid analyses to discern structural differences between successful and unsuccessful advertisers in a specific market. Enhance the clarity of paid media reporting to ensure both clients and internal teams comprehend what has changed, why it has changed, and what actions are being taken.
• Quality Control & Team Support: Review paid media deliverables for platform accuracy, build quality, tracking integrity, and readiness for clients. Mentor Paid Media Specialists on platform execution, query and audience analysis, problem diagnosis, AI tool utilization, and effective communication. Assist in defining sprint priorities at the execution level by estimating effort, identifying dependencies, and highlighting platform risks. Act as the technical escalation point for complex paid media challenges within the team. Contribute to documentation, templates, checklists, QA processes, AI workflow libraries, and internal training materials.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Account Managers to ensure that platform insights and execution results are communicated effectively to clients. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure that ad copy, design, and landing page efforts support the campaign and resonate with the target audience. Partner with designers and developers to verify that paid recommendations are accurately scoped, implemented, and quality assured. Engage in internal discussions and provide platform insights from client accounts. Strengthen the feedback loop between execution, quality assurance, reporting, and client communication.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Experiment with new paid media tools, platform features, and AI processes that enhance speed, accuracy, or output quality. Assist Rocket Clicks in refining its family law paid media execution playbook through testing, documentation, and shared insights. Identify responsible, high-impact applications of generative AI in paid media research, audit work, creative reviews, and analysis. Share findings, prompts, workflows, and lessons learned with the broader team to promote continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in paid media, ideally within an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in paid media execution that enhanced lead volume, lead quality, CPA, ROAS, or local search performance.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads campaign management, Local Service Ads oversight, Meta Ads, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience overseeing or reviewing paid creative production, which includes crafting creative briefs, providing ad copy guidance, landing page suggestions, and designing conversion paths.
• Practical experience in utilizing and developing AI workflows in daily paid media activities, including prompt engineering, custom skill or workflow creation, and AI-assisted execution at scale.
• Ability to interpret conversion tracking implementations and identify issues at the tag level, including writing specifications, collaborating with developers, and verifying implementations.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, CallRail or equivalent call tracking, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in WordPress or similar CMS environments, including understanding how landing pages, plugins, and template logic influence paid performance and tracking.
• Prior experience in local paid media, legal marketing, family law, or service-oriented industries is strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or reviewing paid media work is preferred.
