This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
⢠Develop, launch, and enhance Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns for local service businesses.
⢠Perform continuous keyword research and maintain strict negative keyword management to optimize budget effectiveness.
⢠Craft ad copy focused on conversions with compelling CTAs aimed at generating calls and form submissions, rather than just click volume.
⢠Establish and oversee conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
⢠Manage bid strategies such as Target CPA (tCPA), Target ROAS (tROAS), and Maximize Conversions, adjusting based on actual performance.
⢠Conduct regular audits of Quality Scores and reviews of landing page alignment.
⢠Create remarketing audiences and execute RLSA campaigns to reconnect with high-intent prospects.
⢠Uphold the agency's standard of a 10%+ Google Ads conversion rate across all assigned accounts.
⢠Develop and manage Meta campaigns targeting lead generation, traffic, retargeting, and brand awareness objectives.
⢠Formulate audience strategies utilizing Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and interest/behavioral targeting.
⢠Provide the content team with detailed briefs on creative requirementsāimages, videos, carouselsāthat effectively convert for local service businesses.
⢠Conduct structured A/B testing on creative elements, copy, audience segments, and placements.
⢠Implement and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API for precise attribution.
⢠Oversee daily and lifetime budgets, optimizing delivery to achieve CPL targets.
⢠Utilize Advantage+ campaigns when suitable while retaining manual control over critical accounts.
⢠Generate and maintain monthly performance reports using the agency dashboard, GA4, and CallRail.
⢠Convert performance data into clear insightsāwhat succeeded, what fell short, and what's ahead.
⢠Present outcomes during monthly client review calls alongside the assigned account manager.
⢠Proactively highlight underperforming campaigns to internal stakeholders, rather than waiting for month-end reviews.
⢠Assist in new client onboarding by suggesting initial budgets, platform mix, and campaign structure.
⢠Identify upsell prospects within existing accounts (e.g., introducing retargeting or expanding platforms).
⢠Stay updated on changes to Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, sharing new strategies with the team.
⢠Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure paid and organic strategies complement one another.
⢠2ā5 years of hands-on experience in paid media management, specifically with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
⢠Proven experience managing over 10 client accounts concurrently, with a preference for candidates with agency backgrounds.
⢠Strong understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Smart Campaigns, and remarketing.
⢠Solid experience with Meta Ads encompassing campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and lead generation forms.
⢠Proficient in GA4 and Google Tag Manager for setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking.
⢠Practical knowledge of configuring and debugging Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
⢠Familiarity with CallRail or a similar call tracking platform.
⢠Strong analytical skillsācapable of interpreting dashboards and identifying necessary adjustments independently.
⢠Effective and direct communication in written and spoken English.
⢠Reliable home office setup with stable internet access, capable of overlapping with US Mountain Time business hours.
⢠Remote-first work environment with a team based in the US.
⢠Compensation of up to $10/hour.
⢠Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, aligned with US Mountain Time business hours.
