Paid Media Manager

Posted Jul 28

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete paid strategy and actively execute across platforms including Meta, Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen), LinkedIn, and channels within the dental industry/endemic markets.

• Transition paid media operations in-house from agency/contractor management — redesign and take direct control of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and budget pacing.

• Oversee channel mix and budget distribution to achieve CAC and ARR objectives for both SMB and DSO/enterprise segments.

• Develop and sustain audiences, exclusions, and account frameworks that optimize spending as we scale.

• Manage CAC, ROAS, CPA, and demo-set targets per channel and campaign.

• Execute weekly optimization cycles encompassing bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and landing-page routing.

• Collaborate with Growth and Web teams to enhance conversion paths and landing pages.

• Quickly identify and eliminate waste — including misrouted traffic, underperforming placements, and inefficient campaigns.

• Work with Studio and Brand/Comms to create and refine high-performing ad creatives.

• Conduct structured, ongoing test cycles across creative elements, audiences, offers, and messaging.

• Transform test outcomes into a documented, evolving playbook outlining effective strategies by channel and segment.

• Ensure the integrity of paid conversion tracking from start to finish — including platform pixels, server-side/CAPI, UTM discipline, and offline conversion imports.

• Collaborate with RevOps to guarantee that paid attribution remains accurate and aligned with the CRM as the source of truth.

• Maintain dashboards for paid performance and establish a weekly reporting routine that clarifies changes, reasons behind them, and upcoming actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of direct experience in paid media within B2B SaaS (experience with SMB-heavy and/or account-based approaches is a plus).

• Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; familiar with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Strong understanding of efficiency metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA) and strategies to influence them.

• Extensive knowledge in conversion tracking: pixels, CAPI/server-side, UTMs, and offline/CRM conversion imports.

• Highly analytical with proficiency in dashboard usage; familiarity with HubSpot and GA4 is a significant advantage.

• Experience with both SMB (volume, efficiency, product-led) and enterprise/ABM (LinkedIn, account-based targeting) paid strategies.

• Inclined towards testing, iteration, and rapid optimization.

• Bonus: experience in advertising within healthcare or other regulated/compliance-sensitive sectors, or within a dental/medical niche.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

• Opportunities for professional development and training.

• Flexible, unlimited paid time off (PTO).

• Remote-first work culture, with a preference for candidates located near Pearl's office hubs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, or New York City.
