This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.
• Assist in implementing top-of-funnel paid media strategies across various media channels.
• Collaborate with the events team to merge paid media efforts with event-driven campaigns, enhancing reach throughout the marketing mix.
• Refine targeting, bids, creatives, audiences, advertisements, and landing pages utilizing A/B testing methodologies.
• Track and report on progress regarding paid media KPIs.
• Conduct tests, analyze data, and extract insights to enhance campaign ROI.
• Oversee campaign expenditures, adhere to budget constraints, forecast monthly costs, and modify bids to enhance ROI.
• Remain updated on best practices and advancements in paid media.
• Discover new strategies and channels to expand paid media initiatives.
• Partner with marketing colleagues to ensure alignment with shared marketing goals.
• Collaborate across functions with content, creative, and marketing operations to ensure brand consistency and technical execution alignment.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in managing paid media programs.
• Proficient in paid search, LinkedIn, and B2B digital advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Experience applying paid media techniques for B2B brand awareness and demand generation, particularly with top-of-funnel initiatives.
• Strong grasp of paid media metrics and the ability to analyze results and suggest actionable recommendations.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Knowledge of web analytics methodologies and platforms, such as Segment, Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Google Tag Manager.
• Skilled in using Marketo or other marketing automation systems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment while balancing attention to detail with efficiency.
