This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Contribute to the success and expansion of our Make Money/Manage Money native and social media campaigns by executing campaign setups, tracking performance, and aiding in optimizations that enhance effective strategies.
• Implement and oversee social and native advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Taboola.
• Track daily performance metrics and apply optimizations to creative elements, bids, and placements.
• Collaborate with senior media buyers to initiate new campaigns and grow existing ones while supporting strategic development.
• Facilitate creative testing by helping with copy revisions, image/video changes, and monitoring results.
• Perform competitor analysis and performance assessments to identify new testing opportunities.
• Work alongside the Content and Paid Media teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and prompt asset delivery.
• Keep campaign documentation up to date and regularly revise performance trackers to enhance team productivity.
• Practical experience in managing social or native ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and enhance campaign performance through data analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail, emphasizing executional quality and task management.
• Capability to collaborate across different functions and communicate effectively in a remote work setting.
• Maintain a positive attitude and adaptability, remaining resilient amidst changes in business or cross-functional needs.
• Enthusiasm for performance marketing and a strong desire to advance within the Make Money/Manage Money sector.
