Paid Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.

• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to assess performance, strategize, and agree on subsequent actions.

• Dispatch bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.

• Establish trust and relationships that facilitate renewals and referrals.

• Create, launch, and enhance Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.

• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.

• Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve cost-per-appointment goals.

• Address underperforming campaigns and formulate intervention strategies.

• Craft ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored for financial services audiences.

• Develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing purposes.

• Collaborate with video editors on creative production tasks.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite copywriting while ensuring high quality.

• Implement tracking, pixels, and conversion events.

• Set up Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing processes.

• Resolve technical issues between ad platforms and client systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.

• Demonstrated success in meeting performance targets and maintaining client relationships.

• Strong copywriting capabilities with a knack for creating persuasive ad copy and scripts.

• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

• Preferred Experience:

• Background in the financial services sector, with an understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns. Knowledge of video sales letter marketing methodologies. Experience with high-ticket, considered purchase funnels.
