This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the strategy for paid acquisition across various channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Ensure that Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets are met (within a specified cap) while driving the volume of registrations from paid advertising.
• Lead and nurture the team, which includes a media buyer and support for development (CRO).
• Implement a strategy for channel diversification to lessen reliance on Meta and explore new opportunities.
• Strategically plan and distribute the budget among channels based on performance metrics and scaling possibilities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to establish testing frameworks and refine creative assets.
• Spearhead the reactivation of Google Ads and introduce new acquisition channels.
• Track and report essential metrics such as expenditure, CAC, ROAS, and performance at the channel level.
• Perform ongoing analyses and recommend optimizations throughout the acquisition process.
• Extensive experience in paid media with a focus beyond Meta (multi-channel experience).
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets and making decisions based on data insights.
• Background in leadership or talent development.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a comfort level in navigating dashboards and performance indicators.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, optimizing campaigns, and advancing acquisition funnels.
• Experience in planning and budgeting across various channels.
