Paid Media Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establish, oversee, and enhance paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.

• Track daily campaign performance, making data-informed modifications to boost ROI and meet CPA/ROAS objectives.

• Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance conversion rates.

• Evaluate campaign data utilizing tools such as Google Analytics to uncover trends, challenges, and growth potential.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad copy and visuals.

• Provide reports on key performance indicators to internal stakeholders, delivering clear insights and suggestions.

• Aid in refining the customer acquisition funnel by assessing user journeys and pinpointing areas for enhancement.

• Keep current with the latest platform features, industry trends, and best practices in paid media.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of practical experience in performance marketing, particularly within online gambling (casino & sports betting) and/or financial services.

• Demonstrated experience in executing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic networks.

• A solid grasp of performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and strategies to influence them.

• Understanding of A/B testing principles, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience with tools such as Google Analytics.

• Knowledge of the US market and its compliance requirements is a significant advantage.

• Self-driven and adept at working remotely with a considerable degree of independence.

• Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal).
