This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the strategy, performance, and optimization of paid campaigns for a portfolio of clients focused on education.
• Direct the Paid Media strategy and implementation across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Manage campaign performance for designated accounts, ensuring that campaigns meet partner objectives such as inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation.
• Track campaign performance and deliver clear reporting, insights, and optimization suggestions to partners and internal teams.
• Discover and implement ongoing testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative strategies to enhance results.
• Work alongside creative, analytics, and account teams to guarantee smooth execution and robust campaign performance.
• Guide and mentor junior members of the Paid Media team while upholding high standards of execution.
• Remain updated on Paid Media trends, platform enhancements, and innovations in higher education marketing.
• Over 5 years of experience in Paid Media managing performance-driven digital campaigns.
• Strong proficiency across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience overseeing high-budget campaigns (preferably $100K+/month).
• Demonstrated success in developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation and conversion performance.
• Excellent analytical abilities to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
• Experience in presenting campaign performance and strategy recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Superior organizational and project management skills across multiple active accounts and campaigns.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Background in agency settings or fast-paced marketing teams.
