Paid Media Coordinator, Marketing Agency Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supports a team of strategists by assisting with updates and tasks related to optimization.

• Aids in the preparation of search query reports, updates to keyword lists, creative swaps, special updates, and the generation of preview links.

• Executes account-wide modifications for repeatable, manual tasks that influence the entire portfolio.

• Oversees geo-fencing campaign initiatives, including account launches, geo extensions, and special updates.

• Updates concessions and images across Paid Search, Performance Max, Display, and Paid Social platforms as required by the client.

• Manages the setup of paid media tracking and tagging, ensuring correct implementation and addressing any related issues in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

• Conducts Quality Assurance (QA) checks on all new campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Native, and Audio to guarantee 100% accuracy.

• Assists in the execution of agency-wide audits and platform modifications, including conversion settings, bid strategy updates, and adjustments to account structure.

• Remains informed about trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in both the multifamily sector and digital marketing industry.

• Actively participates in department and team meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a comparable role.

• Expertise in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for deriving actionable insights from data.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Self-driven and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint are advantageous.
