This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee the onboarding process for clients and ensure that paid media strategies are aligned with business goals.
• Create comprehensive media plans that outline target audiences, budgets, channels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Initiate and administer campaigns across a variety of platforms.
• Design and implement A/B tests for creatives, target audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Continuously refine campaigns to enhance return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Provide clear, data-driven performance reports that include actionable insights.
• Oversee campaign workflows and track performance using our customer relationship management system (SENTR).
• Ensure effective task management and maintain timely communication with clients.
• Execute campaigns in both Spanish and English, ensuring culturally relevant messaging.
• Transform performance data into strategic recommendations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable ROI and ROAS.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic advertising channels.
• Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of campaign management.
• Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools (ClickUp is advantageous).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
