This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the travel arrangements for our guests in collaboration with both internal and external service providers (e.g., flight department, local suppliers, guides, and others), ensuring the exceptional quality of the trips we provide.

• Maintain effective communication with service providers to guarantee that operations are confirmed and secured for upcoming journeys.

• Cultivate enduring relationships with service providers and negotiate contracts.

• Develop content for the website: regularly creating new materials or translating existing texts.

• Design remarkable trips that will thrill our customers.

• Negotiate services and pricing with local service providers to secure the best deals for Karmaventura and our clients.

• Prioritize the traveler by delivering world-class customer service that effectively meets their needs.

• Recognize opportunities to leverage AI and take proactive steps to implement solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English.

• A solid understanding of how to market a travel product.

• A passion for the Indian subcontinent (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Maldives) along with travel experience in the region.

• An enjoyable personality that your future colleagues will appreciate working alongside.

• A positive demeanor and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Proficiency in Hindi for partner communication is a significant advantage.

• Knowledge of German and French is also a valuable asset.

• Experience in the tourism sector, particularly with a tour operator.

• Competence in relevant software applications.
