Paid Advertising Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive execution and performance of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Bing.

• Develop, launch, conduct quality assurance, and optimize campaigns with a strong emphasis on return on investment (ROI) and overall business impact.

• Oversee budgets and pacing, while identifying opportunities for scaling and enhancing efficiency.

• Perform keyword research, target audiences, and formulate ad copy strategies.

• Evaluate campaign performance and convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Assist or lead client communications, including performance reporting and strategic discussions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure paid media aligns with broader marketing strategies.

• Maintain testing roadmaps and continuously refine approaches to yield improved results.

• Adjust strategies in response to performance trends, platform updates, and business objectives.

• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency and the effectiveness of campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in paid media or performance marketing.

• Proven experience managing campaigns across at least two major platforms (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• A solid understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

• Experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting processes.

• Proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while taking ownership of results.
