This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Responsible for the comprehensive management and execution of performance marketing through paid social and native media platforms.
• Includes Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Efficiently manage builds and production from start to finish, ensuring redundancy across channels; collaborate with specialists on teams as necessary.
• Lead the implementation of optimizations aimed at enhancing performance in line with established goals.
• Oversee all client budgets and provide guidance on budget adjustments based on your expertise.
• Effectively manage strategic internal communications for client teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with the team regarding performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; coordinate tactical needs with specialists where applicable.
• Conduct weekly client progress reports, summarizing performance insights and offering future recommendations.
• Demonstrate exceptional marketing and business strategy acumen.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the marketing funnel and the execution of strategies through paid social and media.
• Have a complete grasp of the eCommerce model and lead generation strategies.
• Capable of navigating challenges and adjusting strategies in response to changes in the landscape to achieve desired outcomes.
• Take ownership of performance reporting and strategic communication.
• Execute performance reporting from A-Z with strong presentation skills.
• Utilize data effectively to narrate a story and convey results to clients and key stakeholders, along with clear next steps.
• Implement AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with 1-2 years in an agency environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in Direct Response marketing, specifically within E-Commerce, Lead Generation, or B2B sectors.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in Search Engine Marketing.
• Experience in campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation.
• Extensive campaign management experience in one or more of the following types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficient in Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and the role of paid media within that funnel.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for this position.
