This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Create and implement effective video advertisements, stylish motion graphics, and static image assets specifically designed for Meta and TikTok feeds.
β’ Utilize a refined aesthetic and strong creative sensibility to ensure all assets are consistent with premium consumer brand positioning.
β’ Ensure visual consistency, sharp typography, and high production quality throughout every frame.
β’ Develop engaging creative concepts, compelling hooks, strategies, and psychological visual triggers tailored to target consumer personas.
β’ Generate content that is specifically localized and optimized to connect with UK and European consumer brands and audiences.
β’ Keep up-to-date with TikTok trends, Meta algorithm preferences, and changes in digital consumer behavior.
β’ Analyze post-campaign creative data and analytics to offer actionable insights regarding asset performance.
β’ Assist in and implement complex creative testing frameworks, iterating on hooks, messaging matrices, visual formats, and calls to action.
β’ Create multiple variations of established successful concepts to avoid ad fatigue.
β’ Integrate advanced generative AI tools into production workflows to speed up ideation and improve efficiency.
β’ 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, creative strategy, or paid social creative production.
β’ Demonstrated hands-on experience in producing high-converting paid media creatives for consumer product eCommerce brands (specifically beauty, wellness, health, fashion, or jewelry).
β’ Expert proficiency in traditional editing and motion design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) alongside advanced skills in creative AI tools.
β’ Experience working with UK/European brands, companies, or target consumer audiences.
β’ Strong grasp of performance marketing, direct-response principles, and the ability to analyze retention curves or creative metrics.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, commercial awareness, and an appreciation for high aesthetic standards.
β’ Capability to work independently in a remote setting, transforming raw briefs and data into outstanding visual execution without the need for constant guidance.
