Paid Ads Specialist – Meta

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads;

• Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators, including budget pacing, ARRPU, CAC, ROAS, and ROI;

• Further development, scaling the channel exponentially, and launching new sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Meta Ads;

• Data-driven decision-making approach. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions;

• Experience working with budgets of $100k+/month;

• Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality new ideas and hypotheses.
