This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• **Duties and Responsibilities: **
• Oversee, initiate, and enhance paid advertising initiatives across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Formulate and implement paid media strategies aimed at fostering client expansion, lead acquisition, and e-commerce goals.
• Manage and oversee a maximum of 5–8 client accounts concurrently within the Australian market.
• Administer advertising budgets that range from AUD 500 to AUD 40,000 in monthly ad expenditure, based on client needs and campaign scope.
• Conduct daily monitoring of campaigns, adjust bids, optimize audiences, and manage budgets to maximize performance.
• Analyze campaign data and key performance indicators to uncover trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign frameworks to enhance results and efficiency.
• Optimize campaigns to boost ROAS, conversions, click-through rates, and overall advertising effectiveness.
• Develop and sustain precise campaign tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards using tools like Looker Studio.
• Assist in the execution and refinement of campaigns across other paid advertising channels including TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quantcast, and StackAdapt.
• Support both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns, with a greater emphasis on e-commerce advertising performance.
• Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment of paid ad strategies, campaign execution, and client goals.
• Guarantee campaigns are launched correctly, delivered punctually, and consistently optimized in a dynamic environment with no backlogs.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, paid advertising trends, and best practices across Google, Meta, and other digital ad platforms.
• Maintain transparent and proactive communication regarding campaign updates, performance insights, and optimization suggestions.
• **Must-have Skills / Qualification:**
• A minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience in paid advertising and digital campaign management.
• Strong background in managing and optimizing campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Familiarity with additional advertising platforms like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quantcast, and StackAdapt is a plus.
• Experience in handling both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns, with a preference for greater exposure to e-commerce initiatives.
• Proven expertise in campaign execution, optimization, and contributing to advertising strategy formulation.
• Knowledge of Google Ads account management, audience targeting, bidding strategies, campaign analysis, and performance enhancement.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail and urgency in execution.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for responding swiftly and effectively.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously; agency experience is a benefit, but in-house experience is also acceptable.
• Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive, and time-tracking applications.
• Experience supporting Australian or international clients is an advantage.
• Ability to manage diverse campaign budgets and workloads across various advertising platforms.
