This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and enhance paid media campaigns for HVAC and home-services clients across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX, Video, Remarketing), Meta Ads, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Take ownership of daily optimization efforts targeting calls, leads, booked jobs, CPA, and ROAS.
• Aid in the planning and optimization of upper-funnel campaigns in collaboration with external Programmatic Display and CTV vendors.
• Manage targeting, messaging inputs, budgets, and performance feedback in coordination with Programmatic/CTV partners.
• Execute, monitor, and resolve issues related to conversion and call tracking utilizing GA4, Google Ads, and lead-tracking platforms.
• Implement automated bidding and conversion optimization strategies (e.g., Maximize Conversions, Target CPA/ROAS) tailored to service-oriented businesses.
• Evaluate campaign performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for scaling.
• Assist in the testing and assessment of new lead-generation platforms and channels (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, emerging ad networks).
• Record workflows, optimization processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Leverage AI-driven automation and reporting tools to enhance campaign management and insights.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, advertising policies, and best practices relevant to local and home-services advertising.
• Direct experience with paid ads specifically in HVAC or home-services/service-based industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, junk removal, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in managing Google Ads campaigns for local lead generation (Search, PMAX, Remarketing, Display).
• Experience in an Agency environment.
• Proficient understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, call tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
• Familiarity with automated bidding and conversion-focused strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret performance data and make informed optimization decisions.
• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for local or lead-generation purposes.
• Non-negotiable: Previous experience working fully remote, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates lacking this background will not be considered.
