Paid Acquisition Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.

• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to assess performance, discuss strategies, and agree on next steps.

• Distribute bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.

• Establish trust and cultivate relationships that encourage renewals and referrals.

• Design, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment booking.

• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.

• Track daily performance and adjust tactics to achieve cost per appointment goals.

• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and devise intervention strategies.

• Create ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored for financial services audiences.

• Formulate hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing purposes.

• Collaborate with video editors on creative production tasks.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance copywriting efficiency while ensuring quality.

• Implement tracking, pixels, and conversion events.

• Set up Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing systems.

• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.

• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts concurrently.

• Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets and retaining clients.

• Strong copywriting abilities, with proficiency in crafting engaging ad copy and scripts.

• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation techniques.

• Experience within the financial services sector.

• Understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns.

• Familiarity with video sales letter marketing strategies.

• Experience with high-ticket, considered purchase funnels.
