This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Supervise and manage artwork files within the client’s artwork management system, ensuring precision, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Upload, arrange, and track artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all artwork files are appropriately tagged, categorized, and archived.
• Diagnose and resolve any artwork-related issues within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Provide training and assistance to both internal and external teams on the usage of the workflow system.
• Enforce compliance with client-specific style guides to uphold brand consistency.
• Implement and review brand guidelines to ensure accuracy and uniformity across packaging layouts.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the SGX.
• Clearly convey project requirements, timelines, and feedback to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project advancements and ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and revisions, promoting a seamless workflow.
• Address any issues that may arise throughout the artwork production process.
• Provide regular project status updates internally and to the client’s Packaging Design Operations team and business.
• Organize and lead client meetings and presentations.
• Develop and sustain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to guarantee smooth execution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards prior to final submission.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and reporting.
• Ensure packaging layouts adhere to brand guidelines through meticulous implementation and review.
• Serve as the client’s brand guardian, ensuring global consistency in artwork production.
• Capture and manage a repository of client nuances, brand assets, and standard processes.
• Oversee daily system reviews to guarantee accuracy in project execution.
• Verify all technical specifications and provided data align with project requirements.
• Ensure order entries are complete and precise before production commences.
• Share insights on client preferences and workflows to maintain consistency across the SGX production network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Demonstrate a strong problem-solving mindset and sense of urgency in issue resolution.
• Maintain CRM data, ensuring all project updates are recorded accurately.
• Provide weekly status reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support audit processes, manufacturer reviews, and distribution tracking.
• Stay informed about pricing matrices and workflow adjustments in the CRM system.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of artwork production processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Preferred: Experience in packaging, printing, or life sciences industries.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Skilled in redlining with exceptional attention to detail.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Fully remote position.
• 12 months contract.
