Packaging Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create designs for primary and secondary packaging, including dielines and structural concepts.

• Develop innovative and seasonal packaging specifically for beauty and skincare categories.

• Collaborate with product, brand, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure project feasibility.

• Oversee color, finishes, typography, hierarchy, and the overall visual packaging identity.

• Provide production-ready files and specifications suitable for vendors.

• Prepare precise mechanical files for printing and manufacturing processes.

• Carry out resizing, adaptations, layout modifications, and technical enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to color accuracy, trapping, bleeds, and pre-press best practices.

• Manage version control as well as packaging artwork libraries.

• Collaborate with designers and printers to guarantee flawless production.

• Understanding of color accuracy, trapping, bleeds, and pre-press best practices.

• Experience in resizing, adaptations, layout adjustments, and technical improvements.
