This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee initiatives to uphold standard APX Supply Chain P6 schedules.
• Conduct essential preplanning to evaluate the scope of work and services, work breakdown structure, engineering quality and quantities, financial and contractual responsibilities, and division of duties to manage and report on planning and scheduling activities.
• Cascade scheduling standards from the APX Delivery Stream organization.
• Create standard APX Supply Chain WBSs and standard coding for integration with cost and Power BI metrics.
• Confirm that schedules meet contract specifications.
• Ensure precise forecasting of milestones.
• Establish a standard APX Supply Chain change control process through the development and analysis of sandbox 'what if' scenarios, assessing their impacts on milestones and labor hours.
• Foster collaboration by maintaining and disseminating project metrics to keep the team, customers, and all stakeholders updated on project progress.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior schedulers.
• Maintain project documentation, including baseline, reporting, and historical records.
• Encourage cooperation among engineering, supply chain, and project management teams to enhance delivery and mitigate risks.
• Regularly update partners, including executive leadership, regarding program status, challenges, and successes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule responsibilities within the APX Supply Chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience with Primavera P6 is required.
• PMI PMP certification is advantageous.
• Experience with multinational teams is beneficial.
• Bachelor of Business Administration, Arts, or Science Degree.
• An engineering degree is not mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is helpful.
