Outside Truck Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Achieve the sales and gross profit targets established by the Sales Manager

• Maintain a high energy level

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Address customer needs by building long-lasting relationships

• Ability to work remotely with a laptop and cellphone provided

• Regularly engage with established accounts

• Identify and qualify new accounts

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers

• Stay well-informed about all products, programs, and dealership credit policies

• Keep in daily communication with major accounts

• Present a professional appearance and demeanor

• Complete tasks within the budget allocated for travel and entertainment

• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise

• Assist in the shop with equipment-related concerns as necessary

• Provide additional support in various areas as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• MVR must be in good standing

• Direct experience or knowledge in selling trucks is advantageous

• Industry-related experience is beneficial

• Mechanical skills and experience in troubleshooting required

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary

• Valid driver's license is required

• Ability to obtain a CDL B license

• Excellent verbal and communication abilities

• Proven success in developing relationships and closing sales, or a willingness to learn

• Attention to detail is essential

• Must successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and a post-offer background check
