
Outside Sales Representative β Virginia Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Engage in regular, direct face-to-face interactions and employ a consultative sales approach to guarantee customer satisfaction.
β’ Recognize sales opportunities and proactively pursue those that present the highest potential and/or profitability.
β’ Cultivate new accounts while nurturing robust relationships with established and loyal customers.
β’ Accountable for creating annual forecasts and executing plans and strategies to meet revenue and volume objectives.
β’ Primarily target the Virginia market and be prepared to travel 2-3 times a week.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 2 years of sales experience in carbon or stainless flat roll products.
β’ Capability to build new account relationships and grow business with the current customer base.
β’ Knowledge of steel products, general business insight, and proven customer service skills.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time.
