This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the overall relationship management and daily sales activities targeted at Kitchen & Bath dealers within the assigned territory.
• Effectively manage the sales of Richelieu’s premium solutions via structured consultative sales conversations.
• Recognize significant major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath Dealer sector, aiming to drive substantial sales growth in the area.
• Arrange and conduct face-to-face as well as virtual meetings with both new and existing clients.
• Take accountability for the growth of your designated territory, focusing on new customer acquisition and nurturing existing relationships.
• Identify and evaluate historical buying patterns of current accounts.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, establishing yourself as their preferred one-stop-shop.
• Continuously educate yourself on Richelieu’s product offerings, as well as keep abreast of changing market conditions and competitive analysis.
• Responsible for maintaining system information and reporting within the CRM application.
• Proven experience in solutions/consultative-based outside sales targeting the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Energetic, proactive, coachable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Capable of scheduling and managing your own time effectively, focusing on activities that yield results.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an advantage.
• A university degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; must effectively utilize Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks.
