• Oversee and nurture the overall relationship while managing daily sales operations directed towards Kitchen & Bath dealers.
• Drive sales of Richelieu’s premium offerings through structured and consultative sales discussions.
• Identify significant major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath Dealer sector.
• Arrange and conduct both face-to-face and virtual meetings with new and existing clients.
• Take responsibility for the growth within your assigned territory.
• Analyze and assess past purchasing behaviors of current accounts.
• Deliver a cutting-edge customer service experience.
• Stay informed about Richelieu’s product lines and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in solutions/consultative-based outside sales targeting the Kitchen & Bath dealer sector.
• Highly motivated, proactive, eager to learn, and possessing a strong work ethic.
• Capable of scheduling and managing your own time effectively to execute activities that yield results.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring capabilities.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous.
• A university degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; must be adept at using Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks and responsibilities.
